Photography Policies

Booking/deposit, payment, rescheduling and reshoot policies.



A non-refundable credit card deposit of $250 and signed assignment agreement are required to reserve your appointment time. Your deposit payment is paid online with a credit card or debit card, using Paypal. 


Your balance will be due in full on or before the day of the shoot. The best option is to being cash or check with you the shoot and there is no fee for this. If you would like to pay your balance via Visa/MC, you can do so though a 3% processing fee applies.


Rescheduling is allowed with a 2 day notice.  Rescheduling less that 24 hours in advance of the shoot is considered a cancellation and a new deposit will be required (unless I can find someone to fill your slot at the last minute, which I will make every effort to do for you).

For rescheduling due to weather delays, such as rain, fog or excessive cloudiness, the shoot can be rescheduled with no additional deposit.


There is no charge for reshoots due to technical issues (equipment malfunction, computer crash, etc.). Given the creative nature of photography, reshoots for any other reason are charged at full price. Please note: the photographer will make recommendations on the shots, but the client always has the final approval and responsibility for these decisions. Also, you'll have the opportunity to view full-size sample images on a tethered laptop during the shoot, to make sure you are happy with the results as we go along.
